Is this bug reproducible?

It's reproducible.

Which devices did this bug appear on and is it reproducible on any devices?

I've tested this on iPhone 5c.

A quick summary of the bug:

When syncing via Dropbox, editing/adding an item doesn't trigger a sync. Haven't tried with other sync methods since I don't use them.

Detailed Step-by-step instruction on how to reproduce it:

With Dropbox syncing set up...

  1. Open/unlock 1Password iOS beta (4.5B36)
  2. Add a new item or edit an existing item
  3. Tap 'Settings' > 'Sync' > 'Primary' and note that the last sync occurred before you added/edited the item
