Error: Cannot Fill Item in Google Chrome
First off, I really love 1PSW4. I really do. I say this as a user since the very first version came out. But...
As a Chrome user, I am at my wits end. It's an almost every day occurrence that I get that hated "Cannot Fill Item in Google Chrome" dialog which tells me to restart Chrome. But I don't want to restart Chrome so often! I want to allow Chrome to update itself when needed and not be forced to restart Chrome, only because "its code signature could not be verified."
Look, I know you are probably doing this for security reasons. But please give me a preference setting to disable Code Signature Checking in Chrome "at my own risk." I am willing to risk it to maintain my sanity.
Other than that, I am loving 1PSW4. Fixing this problem would make my 1PSW4 experience "perfect."
Thanks for listening!

Hi @JDW,
I have good news for you! Check out Preferences > Advanced for the option to 'Verify browser code signature'. However, I think there might be something else going on here that's causing your sanity to slip. I'd like to take a closer look at your system here. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
http://learn.agilebits.com/1Password4/diagnostic-report.html
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for the reply. I just sent the diagnostic report to you as specified.
I have also disabled the "Verify browser code signature" preference setting. I will test over the next week or so to confirm the problem is gone. But should you require further testing with that option enabled, after receiving my Diagnostic Report, I of course would be happy to perform any tests you deem necessary.
Thanks.

This thread fixed my issue! I ran Diagnostic report, and took a quick look before sending (I am a tech guy). I saw the "Known Issues:
Error Sophos is installed and Web Protection is enabled" at top of report, and then found this fix - http://learn.agilebits.com/1Password4/Mac/en/KB/sophos.htmlMuch thanks, would not have self-fixed with out this post!
