Feature suggestion: reorder custom sections and fields

As far as I can tell, up to stable 4.1.2 there is no way to reorder custom sections and fields. So if I want to insert a new field between two previously created fields, I either need to do a "manual rebase" (namely, delete all the fields after the one I want to insert), or live with a strange order. It would be great if we can drag to reorder the custom sections and fields. Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've updated the request for this already in our tracker to include your "vote". :)

Some of my imported items have quite a few customs fields that I've been postponing reorganizing into separate sections until they can be moved/reordered.

While it is not possible to re-order custom sections, it is possible to re-order custom fields:

Thanks for the assist here, @JasperP. Obviously the "fields" part of @KevinSayHi's request was in my blind spot; sorry about that!
