Auto-Lock Preferences Greyed out - 1Password 4

Not really sure how to change the Display or Auto-Lock Preferences when they seem to be in a greyed-out/locked status.

Anyone can help on this?

Some of your Preferences will be greyed out if 1Password is locked. Please unlock the app to get full access to these settings. :)
