I note from your previous post that you were seeing failed backup messages. I've provided instructions in a response there that should get you all sorted out. Is there another reason you'd like to create a Diagnostic Report? If you still would like to create a report, there are instructions on how to do so here:

This was my next step after the backup failed. This one can be closed now too. Thanks for the help.
