No syncing of attachment [moved to email]

I know there are some threads already out about this theme.
But the are not describing my situation completely.
I am using 1password from the beginning of existence.
I can´t remember when I used attachment the first time and I win nearly 15 new customer for you.
Was it in the time of only syncing over WLAN or was it in the period syncing only with dropbox.
Nobody interested in.
All the time I had the attachments on my iPhone´s (3 in that time) and iPad´s (2 in that time).
Only once there was a problem. on the iDevice there was empty entries in the attachment list.
The solution is used was, described in one of the other threads, to clone the item and attach the file again.
BUT now:
Yesterday I want to add some email certificates to my tresor. There was no syncing (over iCloud) to the iDevice.
I clone the items..... Nothing. I created new, tried again - nothing. I tried sync over wifi - nothing.
Then I cleared the iPad (only the content of 1Password) and tried over iCloud, Wifi, Dropbox.
There is no more syncing of attachments!!!!
So I ask myself if I can belief they are in the iCloud storage? That is important!
You say the developer work on it. But this was a step back! I love this piece of software and all the features.
Please declare what is going on with the sync of attachment. When it was broken and when it will be back!

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with syncing attachments lately! In order to better understand your situation, could you please tell me the version numbers of 1Password and your operating system on all computers and devices that are currently using 1Password.
Please note that it is a Known Issue that Wi-Fi sync will not sync attachments, but we should be able to help you get synced up with either Dropbox or iCloud. :)

on my MacBook is running Version 4.2.BETA-10 (420010),
iPhone 5s and iPad4 with the actual version.
One question: Should the sync of attachment work?

Wi-Fi syncing will not sync attachments in 4.2.BETA-10 (or 4.2.BETA-12, the current latest beta). Are you having attachment sync issues that we can help you with when using Dropbox or iCloud syncing?

After reading your comment, I want to try again sync over dropbox. I delete all the old files from dropbox. The upload worked fine. But the sync on iPhone and iPad give errors back. See the attached pics.
Can you give me a workaround to get my attached PDF in the OP-ttresor to my iPhone and iPad.0 -

Is Dropbox syncing configured and working on your Mac? And did you go through the steps to set up Dropbox syncing on your iPhone and iPad?
It looks like your data file may not be in the default location in Dropbox. To help us track down this issue more quickly, please send us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this topic, to support+forum at agilebits dot com. A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful.

yes, dropbox is configured on my mac. It shows up in the dropbox folder. First I tried it in a subfolder. After the errors I tried it again in the root directory.
But as you can see in the pics I received the same errors.Thanks

We've got the report, @DerPhoenix. There does seem to be a problem with the Dropbox configuration for 1Password on your Mac. Could you please capture and post an image of the Preferences > Sync tab? Thanks!

I have sent the screenshot.
To sync via iCloud is my goal. Can you follow me? I only tried the dropbox-way because the iCloud sync didn´t work.
In the afternoon I will try the iTunes sync too.0 -
