1Password 4 on Mavericks at home - can use with 1Password 3 for OX 10.6.8 at work?

I installed 1Password 4 on my Mavericks computer at home. Next, at work, I installed 1Password 3 because my computer there is OS 10.6.8 (v4 is incompatible with that OS version). I used the same master password in both cases. How does one get them in sync?

1Password 3 for Mac and 1Password 4 for Mac can both sync via Dropbox. You can find instructions for each version here:
