Feature Request: Confirm before overwriting stored password.
When editing a password entry, it is too easy to overwrite the existing password if you accidentally click the generator icon next to it.
It would be helpful if there as an "Overwrite password" warning to prevent this. I know you can restore from the vault backup if you are lucky enough to have one, but this isn't ideal.

Thanks for suggesting this, although it's already fairly difficult to permanently overwrite an existing password. :)
None of the changes made when editing an item, including generating a new password, are actually saved until you've specifically saved them. Or you can cancel the editing to discard all the pending changes, leaving the item (and any password) unchanged.
Even if a generated password change is accidentally saved, you can find (and copy) any previous passwords under that item's Previously used passwords popup, e.g.:
If passwords are concealed pressing the Option key will temporarily reveal them.
I hope that's helpful to fulfill your request. Or is there something more that's still missing?
