Reopening of 1Password after closing
Since installing Mavericks (now 10.9.2) the 1Password App (Version 4.1.2 (412009)) reopens immediately after quitting on my machine. Even if I wait a longer time (I do not know exactly how long), I can quit the Application.
Do you have any suggestions?

It's unusual and surely not normal for the main 1Password application to automatically restart itself after you're quitting it. And are you saying that it doesn't auto-restart if you've left it running long enough before quitting?
So we can take a closer look at what's causing this misbehavior please send us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this topic, to support+forum at agilebits dot com. A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful.
Once we see the report it should be quick to find the reason and a solution for this mysterious relaunching problem. Thanks in advance!

To clarify, 1Password doesn't auto-restart if you've left it running long enough before quitting? Only if you run it, then quit it fairly quickly?

Yes. I do the following:
- Open 1Password via Menubar/(open 1Password) (see ScreenShot)
- Quit it immediately
- it reopens at once
Writing until here took approx. 5 Minutes:
- Try to Quit 1Password App using cmd-Q
- it reopens at once
Trying again after 8 Minutes since Program start
- it took a little bit longer (2s approx.), but then restartet the App
Trying again after approx. 30 Minutes
- CMD-Q
- Program quits and remails closed

Hi @sjk. Got back to this now, as my 1password still reopens after quit.
I tried to download your Diagnostics Reporter, but my mac will not connect to this link:

In the meantime, here are the Console logs for my most recent attempts to quit. (It eventually did.)
