Confusing icon

On my first time into the beta I went to look at a login and while in there saw an icon with a folder and a down arrow. Not knowing what it was I tapped on it and learned that it is supposed to remove an entry from a folder. This is more destructive than I expected, but fortunately it failed (I sent an email with the trace for that part). This is on ver 4.0.0b7.
