Completing a Citrix Login

Thanks for the Reply, attached is a file which is a screen dump of the Citrix page login that I use for remote access for work, as you can see it is just a basic Username, PAssword and then there is a selection of Domains in a drop down list... is it possible to auto fill out this form ??

Thanks for that example, Matt ( @vk7mr ).
Please try saving a new Login manually for that page, then test the new item to see if it selects the Domain in addition to filling User name and Password fields there. Which web browser, and versions of 1Password and its extension, are you using?
Here's a Citrix login page with a Domain selector that I'm able to get a fully working Login item for:
https://citrix.tau.ac.il/Citrix/MetaFrameXP/default/login.asp?ClientDetection=On
The item has this domain field/value in its web form fields:
Your Login item would have something similar in order for it to select the domain.
I hope that helps you get a fully functional Login item for your page.

Hi SJK
Sorry about the tardy response, have been away for work and have rare access to the NET. still no good, the "Web Form Details" will not bring up or show the "domain" part as in your example, even when I try your link, I get the same issue, no domain.. hope this helps ..regards Matt

Hi Matt ( @vk7mr ),
I'm sorry that @sjk's steps did not work for you. Could you please give me a bit more detail about your system? What version number of 1Password are you currently using (you'll find the version number in the 1Password > About 1Password menu), and what is the version number of your extension?

HI Megan
The helper version I am using is 4.1.1.90 running Opera, I have the same issue with Safari and Firefox just for your info, and the version of 1Password itself is Version 4.1.2 (412009), I am waiting for the updated version to appear in AppStore, read your account of that the other day :-)

Hi Matt ( @vk7mr ),
Here's a sample Login item I manually saved on the https://remote.taswater.com.au/vpn/index.html page that you can download, import, then test filling with: TasWater.1pif
If you can get that working try customizing it with your own personal data. It works fine here with 1Password 4.1.2 and the 4.1.1.90 extension for Chrome.
Hopefully you'll have success with that, although it would be good to also know why manually saving your own item isn't creating a similar item that includes the selected domain.

Thank you Mr SJK ...
Works a treat, yes it would be nice to know what the root cause of it is .... I will keep looking back at his post to see if
the little gremlin gets banished .... :=)Thanks again for you assistance ..

My pleasure to help you get that working, @vk7mr.
And I think the 4.2 beta extension will exorcise the gremlin. :)
If you'd like to give that a try, open the 1Password Extension page in Firefox, then select Enable betas before clicking the big green
Install
button. With Chrome, make sure it's the only extension enabled on the chrome://extensions page. Since it is still a beta you might notice a few unpolished bits but it's getting closer to an official release.Any issues specific to the 1Password 4 beta application and/or its extensions can be reported in the Mac Beta subforum. Your feedback is appreciated!
