1Password did not update existing login [Should be fixed in 1Password 4.4]
I wanted to test the password update. I logged into Dropbox, went to the account settings, and changed my password with a new one generated via the Safari extension. As expected I saw 1Password prompt me to save a new password or update an existing password. I chose the option to update the existing password, and I chose the login that should be updated.
I then went to enable the 2-factor authorization, and it prompted me for my password. I used the browser add-on to fill in the password, but it filled in the old password. I opened 1Password 4 for Mac (version 4.1.2) and revealed the password to the login, and thereby found that the password was un-changed. I then used the main app to view generated passwords, and found the newly generated password. I then copied that new password, and manually edited the login.
Am I missing a step in the proper procedure?

I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having trouble updating Logins with 1Password! Our developers have been working on this feature lately, and we have an update that further improves login updating which is currently waiting for review. It should be available in the Mac App Store in a few days.
