    Hi @sjk,

    now I'm running into another problem :( I've purchased 1Password in October 2013 via Mac App Store, so I never needed a license file. Now after the upgrade to 4.2 1Password complains about missing license. I hope for a quick solution, currently I'm running a 1Password with wider sidebar but cannot add any new items due to the license thing :(

    Hi Christoph,

    The version of 1Password from the Mac App Store does not require a separate license file, as Apple attaches all licensing information to your AppleID. If you would like to continue using the webstore version of 1Password instead, please email your iTunes receipt for your purchase of 1Password 4 from the Mac App Store to our support team support@ agilebits .com and request a license for the webstore version. We'd be happy to help you transfer over! :)
