Hi @ronen
1Password 4.1.2 is the latest version. 4.2.1 is not an update for v4.1.2. You can read about why/how this works here:
http://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/20281/update-from-4-1-2-to-4-1-3-no-4-1-3-is-not-an-update-for-4-1-2Thanks!

Hi Ben.

Is there 4.1.3 for OS X ?
p.s. I don't understand why 1P in not in my Appstore purchases ?0 -
Hi
Really need your help.
I've installed 1Password for iMac , now with ver 4,1.2
Since I received a refund for this item from Apple, This item is no longer appear on my Purchases. Apple told me that they are "unable to add the application back to my account to to be able to receive future updates for the application"
Apps need to be update from time to time , How can I solve the issu ?
Is it possible to reinstall the 1P via AppStore ( And pay ) to my existing iMac and use my present 1P data ?
Thanks.

Hi @ronen,
I apologize for the confusion here. Version numbers for 1Password are different depending on where you purchased 1Password. So 4.1.3 simply the previous version for users who purchased from the AgileBits webstore. It is essentially the equivalent to your version 4.1.2.
Now, if 1Password is not showing up in your App Store purchases, please confirm that you are logged in to the App Store with the same address as you made the original purchase. (You can find your account information on your App Store receipt).

Hi @ronen,
I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble here.
Apple told me that they are "unable to add the application back to my account to to be able to receive future updates for the application" Apps need to be update from time to time , How can I solve the issu ?
If you would like to continue using 1Password, I would recommend purchasing again to ensure that you do have access to any updates.
Is it possible to reinstall the 1P via AppStore ( And pay ) to my existing iMac and use my present 1P data ?
As long as you haven't moved or deleted your datafile, a new install of 1Password 4 should find the existing datafile and prompt you to use it when you open the app for the first time.
If you'd like some more detailed guidance here, we can get a better idea of where your data is stored by taking a closer look at your system. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
http://learn.agilebits.com/1Password4/diagnostic-report.html
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

Hello Megan .
Thank you for your reply.
I need your assistance please :
I've purchased 1Password for my iMac through AppStore , Paid for it and ( Between me and Apple ) They have credit me for that.
Now I'm waiting to see if the new 1P update ( 4.2.2 ) will automatically update my 1P ( 4.2.1 ) or Ill need to purchase it again .
What if Ill need to purchase again and the 50% off to celebrate Macworld/iWorld!1Password 4 for Mac will end ?
Is there a way to know what will come first ? 4.2.2 Update OR 50% off ?
Or can you have another solution like a coupon if Ill purchase again ?
Thanks.
Ronen.
P.S.
Ill also have you iOS version in my iPad and iPhone - Full paid !0 -
Hi @ronen,
If you have already purchased 1Password 4, you do not need to purchase again to get updates. Please see our announcement here: **4.2.2 and the Mac App Store** on why 4.2.2 is not yet available for the Mac App Store. We'll do our best to have a great update for all users soon!

Hi Megan.
Thank you for your reply .
Unfortunately Apple say : quote : " If you would like to be able to update the application again, you may wish to re-purchase the application again from the Mac App Store since you received a refund for the initial purchase of the app you made. "
End quote .
So my question is still in place ....

Hi @ronen,
My apologies, I mis-read your version number earlier. Version 4.2.1 means that you are using a version of 1Password from the AgileBits website. You should be able to receive 4.2.2 by using 1Password 4 > Check for Updates in the 1Password app. If you wish to receive updates directly from the Mac App Store, you would need to re-purchase 1Password 4 from the Mac App Store, as Apple says.

Hi Megan .
Sorry for my returning questions.
I fully understand the situation but if ill need to re-purchase the 4.2.2 , ill be glad to pay 50% today then 50% more after the celebrate dates ...
Don't you ?
So I need to know what to do ?
Wait for success update ? and no payment OR pay now 50% OR pay later 100%0 -
Hi @ronen,
If you're running the AgileBits website version of 1Password 4 you can select License… from the 1Password 4 menu in the main application to check if it's already licensed, e.g.:
If you don't have a license then one can be purchased directly from the Agile Online Store, currently at the 50% off sale price.
When you select About 1Password from the main 1Password 4 menu which version is it showing?
If it's not 4.2.2 then run Check for Updates… under the main 1Password 4 to get the 4.2.2 update. As @Megan mentioned:
If you have already purchased 1Password 4, you do not need to purchase again to get updates.
I hope that helps. :)
