Auto-fill stopped working in 4.2

Command-\ stopped working for most of my Login entries when I installed 4.2. It still does not work in any browser in 4.2.2.
Nothing else has changed: OS X 10.9.2, Safari, Chrome, Firefox have not been updated.
I have removed and re-installed the browser extensions. Command-\ still not working for most sites.
Wot's up? This is a deal breaker for me.

Update: It looks like the update has stripped out the website information from nearly all of my Login entries. I have 230 entries. I am not impressed. How do I recover?

And I can see that some Login entries have a "Conflicts" section. What is this, and where has it come from?
1Password was working fine a few days ago.
What happened? I use iCloud sync - is this some kind of sync bug?

Your upgrade has lost loads of my data, is broken and almost completely useless to me.
I have no idea whether other essential data has been corrupted or lost.
How am I supposed to recover this?

    Thanks a lot 1Password.

    Ok, I resolved this by:

    1. Completely removing 1Password from my iOS devices, then restarting them.
    2. Completely removing 1Password from all my Mac computers except one. I removed 1Password by trashing the app and then removing all of the files with names containing "onepassword", "1Password", "agilebits". Then I restarted each Mac.
    3. On the final Mac I switched off 1Password sync and selected the option to delete the files on iCloud. I then restarted this Mac.
    4. When this Mac restarted, I performed a search in 1Password that identified all of the changes since I performed the 4.2 upgrade. I wrote these changes down.
    5. I then restored an earlier 1Password backup (from just before the 4.2 upgrade) which contained Login entries with correct website fields that the 4.2 upgrade had subsequently deleted.
    6. I then manually re-entered the changes made since the 4.2 upgrade.
    7. I then set up 1Password sync to iCloud on this Mac.
    8. I then re-installed 1Password on my other devices and computers and connected them to iCloud.

It took a fair bit of trial and error, and a lot of wasted time.
    Thanks 1Password! For nothing.

I'm really sorry you've had this trouble after the latest update! It's very strange that it would happen.

Please keep in mind that 1Password makes automatic backups of your data. You can easily restore 1Password from a backup by going to File > Restore... in the menu bar.

Let us know if you have any other questions. We'd be happy to help. :)
