We have 1Password installed on about 15 machines at our work and i also have it installed on my personal machine. Ever since the 4.2 update 1password Mini has frequently been maxing out the CPUs on our machines at work and also on my personal machine.

Additionally, i see that you guys have a thread about the sync bug but the response you've posted makes it seem like the solution is just to reset the sync for each vault. Unfortunately, even after doing this, we are continuing to experience issue with 100s of files being changed in our dropbox folder every 30 - 60 minutes even though no one is making any changes.

Also, some passwords have 100s of conflicts (and that number is continuing to grow) but we are not seeing any prompts that would indicate anything needs to be addressed.

Are the issues mentioned above something you guys are aware of? Is there somewhere where i can access the previous release version so i can have a usable software application until you guys get this bug resolved?

    Hi @mattcdavis1,

Sorry for the trouble! Have you updated to version 4.2.2 yet? It includes a few fixes for sync issues.

If you are still having this trouble with 4.2.2, we'll investigate further. Please email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this topic, to support+forum at agilebits dot com. A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful. Thanks in advance!

It looks like my personal laptop was running 4.2.1 - i've just updated to 4.2.2. When I get back to work on Monday I'll check and see what version our company computers are running. If they're on 4.2.2 and we're still having issues (or if i start having issues on my personal laptop with 4.2.2) i'll post back with the report you requested.

    Thanks!

Ok, definitely experiencing this issue on 4.2.2. I've sent the diagnostic report via email to the address generated by the diagnostic tool. Additionally, i've attached a of scrreenshot to this comment showing the cpu usage.

  • I see Eva has been helping you via email. We will continue working with you there until your problem is resolved. :)
