Field and section names are not synced to Macs

I use Servers section to store various access data. I create a new server, change section (Section, Admin Console, Hosting Provider in template) and field names (admin console URL, console password etc in template) accordingly and enter values to fields.

The problem is that in another Mac (synced via Dropbox) field values are correct, but section and field names are still the ones from default template. There is no problem with 1Password Android beta, but accessing keychain via 1Password anywhere shows some strange mix and some duplicate fields (with old and new name).

    Hi Disco Stew,

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with Dropbox syncing item field/section name changes to 1Password on one of your Macs. To clarify, you're making those changes on another Mac and they look okay there and in the 1Password for Android beta after syncing? And on the Mac with this particular items trouble is other syncing working normally? Which version of 1Password are you running on those Macs? I'm wondering if this might be related to another bug that's been fixed in the 4.2 update which could also fix this one.
