User ID not being saved

When creating a new login for the website below, the only field saved is password. 1Password will not save the User ID for some reason. Using 1Password Version 4.2.2 and Firefox 4.1.0 extension. Web site is: https://www.elending.fiservlendingsolutions.com/core/frontier_com/frontier_home.jsp?MQUERYDATA= with a string of data following the =.
