Background App Refresh present or not til release?

I don't see it listed in Settings, but is the beta using Background App Refresh? or is that something that won't show up til the full App Store release?

    Good morning @casein2006, and thanks for writing in! We are currently not using Background App Refresh, but we have it in mind for a future update.

    thanks, i guess i had just assumed that that would be in the iOS 7 redesign cause i know 1Password would benefit greatly from Background App Refresh. Thanks again for clarifying

    Especially during a first sync: The sync stops immediately when the device locks itself. Very tedious to get everything in at the first sync under these conditions…
