Restart didn't help - what's next..?

After updating - application is not responding - this is the message. What can I do?

    Having the same problem as above after updating. What is going on over there with quality control? Sync issues with both of the last updates, and now I can't even open 1password to send you a diagnostic report.

    I think (...?) I've solved this problem. At least the app opens again. I removed the updated :-( app and downloaded another app 4.2.2 from the Agile site. Repaired Disk permissions. Installed the downloaded app. Repaired Disk permissions again. It LOOKS like a solution, although this may be temporary... I don't trust it.
