Saving a login with an additional field
Love this software! However, there are a number of websites that I use that require more than just username/password to log in.
For example, this website requires username, password and date of birth:
https://secure.scottishwidows.co.uk/frame.wpl/839
I've tried to save the login manually using the technique described here:
http://learn.agilebits.com/1Password4/Mac/en/KB/saving-logins-manually.html
However even when I do, the login is saved with my date of birth stored in the username field, AND the date of birth field.
How can I configure 1Password to store all three fields, and populate them correctly when using the browser extension?

Hi @1pwdconvert. Thanks for the 1Password love! :x
Here's what a manually saved sample Login item I created for the page looks like that does fill all three fields:
If you can't get a working item there I can to upload the sample item for you to import and customize with your personal data. Oh, wait… here it is now:
:)
Which version of 1Password app/extension are you using?

Interesting - I was getting thrown by the "username" being filled by the DOB (which it is in your screenshot as well). I also didn't realise that the web form fields were stored separately.
I tried setting another login from scratch, and it works correctly, aside from the "username" field, which looks like it needs to be DOB for the login to work. The more you know. Thanks for your help!
Incidentally I'm using 4.1.2 (Mac app store version) and 4.1.1.90 (Chrome).

Hi @1pwdconvert,
I'm so glad to hear that you've managed to get the Login working!
I agree, it is a bit odd that 1Password is listing the DOB in the username field. However, you can switch this in the webform details by de-selecting the person icon next to the DOB field, and selecting it for the CustID field. I've tested it here and 1Password still fills the in the appropriate field. :)
