Make 1Password Mini open on login?

What's the magic to make 1Password Mini open at login? I feel like sometimes it loads, sometimes it does not.

    Reading this and your other discussion here regarding folder preferences not "sticking" I'm wondering if there is not something deeper going on. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
