Family License: Possible to share selected information across accounts?

If I purchase a family license, is it possible to share selected information across our accounts? For example, we may want to share login information for sites that we use the same account on, but NOT share login information for sites that we have different accounts on. Or only share certain secure notes, but not all of them.

Thanks so much for considering 1Password to keep your digital life organized and secure! It sounds to me like Multiple Vaults is exactly the solution you are looking for. Your primary vault will hold all your personal not-to-be-shared information, and you can then create as many secondary vaults to share information with family and friends.

As AgileBits says, this is possible, but it is still not feasible if you use 1Password on an iOS device too. Although 1Password 4 for Mac now supports multiple vaults, AgileBits has not updated 1Password on iOS to support them yet, and they advise not to use multiple vaults if syncing via Dropbox (see the [Important] note at http://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/16064/known-issues-in-1password-4-for-mac#latest). Data corruption can result.

You're correct, @drew212! Thanks for mentioning that.

At the moment, it's not recommend to use multiple vaults if you use 1Password for iOS. But, we are working hard to bring multiple vaults to iOS, and hopefully it won't be too much longer. :)
