purchased upgrade - no logins copied across

Hi, I purchased the upgrade, downloaded, installed and when I ran it, it recognised I had 1Password 3 installed, asked me for my master password and then none of the logins have been copied across. I have uninstalled the safari browser extension for version 3 but I still have the version 3 app with all my logins. How do I migrate all the logins across?

    I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble getting your data migrated into version 4! Let's take a closer look at your system to see what's going on here. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
