All Items should be top level
Perhaps this has been mentioned elsewhere, but I couldn't find it.
The All Items should be a top level item and/or be the default view.
Right now, the flow is this:
open app > enter password > tap menu > tap categories > tap 'all items' > search for item > open item.
However, if All Items was default then you could do this. Considerably faster.
open app > enter password > search for item > open item.
If Favourites are really important, you could use the standard Android tabs to switch between Favourites & All Items. Like Skype here:

Hi Kevin! Thanks for your suggestion, we have been receiving similar feedback from other beta users too. We would save a lot of time if we could quickly view all of our items and search through them after unlocking our vault. I'll add your vote for this request, thank you.

+1 I use the same flow as OP. Is there a reason for it not to be the default that's escaping us? Everything has a reason :)
