Browser Extensions

Hey all - trying to "unlock" the browser extensions recently installed on both Safari and Chrome and it just attempts to connect and then times out. (see picture below).
I intentionally entered an incorrect password and nothing different happens, because it never connects.
The 1Password Application on my desktop works fine, just none of the autofill stuff.
This may be a setting I'm unaware of in my browsers - I recently switched computers.

Hi @kirpalani1,
If you're using 1Password 4, please ensure that you have the version 4 extension installed (your screenshot is version 3).
First, uninstall any 1Password extensions currently installed in your browser. Then, install the version 4 extension.
