New User - failing to connect to 1Password mini
I recently purchased 1Password 4 for Mac and I am at wits end trying to figure out the program. Every time I try to open the program I end up getting a pop-up screen that says "1Password failed to connect to 1Password mini. Please restart 1Password. If this does not help, please contact AgileBits support." When I go to the help menu the option to restart 1Password mini is greyed out and won't let me do this. The only thing I can do is quite the pop-up window and then I lose the menu for 1Password and can only start over again with the same results. Honestly, I don't know what to do but obviously am not doing something right. Would appreciate any help in getting this program up and running.
