Can 1Password 4 save more then 2 fields for a login? [yes]

I have moved from LastPass premium to 1P4 paid user. But i see 1P4 is highly limited in terms of functionality compared to LastPass. I have many websites that have 3 or 4 fields for login. Its kind of 2 step security. I tired to save manually the login fields using 1P4 browser plugin. But it just saves 2 fields. LastPass has option to capture all fields. Here is a bank website that i use. Can you tell me how will 1P4 will fill these.

Have you tried saving a new login manually and looking at the knowledge base article about multi page logins?
