iPad App Suddenly Lost All Data

At 855pm this evening, my iPad 1Password app has no data. This was not the case at 130pm when I last logged in and opened the app.

The folders icon is highlighted and the sync items animation has been running for 10 minutes.

This has never happened before.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password! In order to get you straightened out, I'll need just a bit more detail on your situation:

    • Are you using 1Password on any other computers and devices? If so, please include the version numbers of both 1Password and your operating systems for all computers and devices currently running 1Password.
    • What are you using to back-up or sync your data?

    Please note that there is a bug in the current version where the sync animation can continue after a sync has completed. For a more accurate determination of when sync occurs, please go to Settings > Sync and watch the progress bar there.
