Problem upgrading [moved to email]

I just upgraded (family upgrade) from version 3 (app dated 4/24/2013). When I open v4 none of my old data is present). (I can still run v3 in which all of my data are present). In v4,when I install the safari extension it shows "1password 3.9.20." My old icon has 1 red "1" above it.

So (1) I need somehow to merge in my old data from 3 to 4 and (2) make the safari extension work. I have looked through previous posts but have not seen anything like my problem. Appreciate your help. Thanks, Fred Wolf

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting your data into 1Password 4. Let's find out where your data is. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
