won't sign in to myverizon

in Mac

went to sign into myverizon. put in user then password and was then asked to save to 1password. I did, went to 1password and clicker 'website open and fill, took me to the website and user was blank. filled in user info and the password was also blank. this has happened on other sites too. why is this not working?

    I'm sorry you're having trouble getting 1Password working with the My Verizon site. Which web browser, and versions of 1Password and its extension, are you using? And is this the page you're trying to log in from?

    I use safari 7.0.3, just purchased 1password 4.2.2 and the log in is https://login.verizonwireless.com/amserver/UI/Login

    when i try to log in form the 1password it takes me to the site but the user is blank and if i fill in the user info the password is blank.
    this also happens at my bank of america wells fargo and us bank site. The user and password are either blank or it does fill in the user but when it take you to the next link the password is blank.

    I guess it depends how "Saved form details" is actually saved.

    My Verizon brings in login page, fills in user ID but just sits there. I have to click Login button. This brings second page with password (on home computer used previously that Verizon recognizes).

    I click little 1P4 key on top (extension), Verizon is preselected. Clicking it fills in my password and logs in automatically.

    So it is two step process using single login entry from 1P4.

    I deleted verizon from 1p4 and went to same website link that you use, filled in user on one page then pw on next page 1p4 asked if it could save, i did, signed out of verizon went to 1p4 clicked on verizon and user page came up blank...(unlike yours). clicked on little 1p4 verizon was highlighted clicked on it and nothing happens. any other ideas????

    Mine just now did not fill the user name, but it filled it when clicked in 1P4 extension. The rest went as I described above.
    Sorry I do not know what else is different.

    Hi @kheyl,

    Please note that for a multiple page Login, 1Password will not offer to save on the first page because there is no 'password' field to let it know that you are filling a Login that needs to be saved, so you'll want to manually save:

    • Click the 1Password key icon in the menu bar
    • Unlock if necessary
    • Select the gear icon (vault icon if you have multiple vaults enabled) and select 'Save new Login'
    • Give your Login a unique name, and save :)

    In general, for two-page Logins, you want to follow these directions for 1Password and Bank of America. While they are written for Bank of America's site in particular, they work for many other two-page Logins.
