Custom item and field

Hello. How do I create a custom item with custom fields with no must-have field generate by 1password? I want to crete an item that doesn't fit any category. I do not want any section and I just want some custom fields. How do I do?

Currently about the closest you can get to that type of custom item is by using Password items with custom fields/icons, e.g.:

Or you can use freeform Secure Notes, although they don't support custom fields.

We have a request in our tracker for a freeform Generic (Custom) category, which could allow creation of items that you'd like. I'll add your comment here to that as a vote. :)
