Auto-fill logins in other apps [not possible; copy & paste]

I just bought the IOS app and the Mac/windows family bundle licenses. (I was bummed when i missed out on the sale that just ended, but jumped on the sale today so thanks!). I have been setting up most of the stuff on my Mac and have successfully sync'd over wifi to my iphone.

My question is regarding my app store login on my iphone. Is the only way to do this with a copy/paste from the 1Password app? I noted on a search of the forums here that copy/paste was the only option for some stand-alone apps, like remote banking apps and the like because intra-app communication is not allowed by Apple. Are all of these presumptions correct?

    You're correct — copy and paste is the only way to fill logins outside of the 1Password app on iOS. Due to limitations of iOS, there is unfortunately no other way possible. :(
