Finding more websites not working correctly ... or at all

Hi all - I have been changing quite a few passwords today. Thank you Heartbleed. Anyway - I'm finding 1PW is not recognizing more websites or mis-recognizing fields more often than I can remember. Example - just changed my pw for Aetna Navigator. I was able to populate using pw generator and then saved. No message from 1PW asking if I want to save or replace. Nada ... meaning I had to navigate to the PW generator within the main app, copy the last one and then go into the login and replace it. This is happening more and more. Isn't this one of the core functions?
Second - I'm finding 1PW is populating many fields at once. If there are a dozen blank fields requesting various things ... but only two requesting user name and pw ... my user name and pw is filled in all over the place ... in the fields that should have been left alone. This is becoming more frequent as well. I wish I could recall where this happened to me tonight but I've made so many changes ... maybe Fidelity Investments.
Thanks for listening (reading).

    Hi @Randomizer‌

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. Our developers are always working on improving 1Password's filling and updating abilities. First of all, I've got a bit of a tip that might make your password-changing life a bit simpler: When you use the 'Fill' button on the password generator, by default the new password will also be copied to the clipboard. So if 1Password doesn't automatically ask you to update an existing Login, you can immediately open the Login in the main app and paste your new password in, with no searching required.

What version of the extension are you currently using?
