Content preview in list view does not update

b14 in Samsung Galaxy Note3 android 4.4.2 and Garmin nuvi 3592LM android 4.0.4

after deleted all content in a secure note and then save, the subtitle remain persisted below the title name of the note.
in iPhone the subtitle name disappear after deleted all note and then save the note without content.
