New Vault Greyed Out [moved to email]

I want to create a new vault but the option is greyed out, as is New Demo Vault and Delete Vault. Any clues?

    FWIW - I encountered a similar scenario and discovered that you couldn't apparently create a NEW VAULT unless you were already logged into the Primary/Master vault?

    Thanks horseman, I'd read that too. I am logged in to the primary vault and it is still greyed out.

    Hi @treffynnon,

    I don't think I've heard about the New Vault... menu option being greyed out unless 1Password is locked. Can you please double check that your vault is unlocked before trying the menu option?
