Cannot install extension in Safari 7.0.3 in OS Mavericks

I recently installed 1Password for Mac and uninstalled the v3 extension from Safari. I subsequently tried to download the V4 extension but the download seemed to start but was never visible under downloads. I subsequently reinstalled V3 as this version is still active and then received the message shown in the attached file.

You need to use the version 4 extension with 1Password 4. Please try downloading it again from here:
