Transfer License to new Mac

Currently run 1PW v3.8.21 on my old MB Pro. Im sure there is a way to transfer my old license to my new MB Pro R and install the free 1PW 4 upgrade at the same time but I cannot find the instructions on the site.

Any ideas??
