1Password 4 for Mac did not properly migrate passwords from 1Password 3

I just upgraded to iPassword 4 for Mac (purchased from Agile Bits, not the iTunes store). I do not sync via Dropbox and I'm using the Chrome Extension for the Chrome web browser. The FAQ page from AgileBits suggests that a prompt would appear regarding whether I would like to import my passwords from iPassword 3. However, this did not happen. The website login pages from iPassword 3 show up properly in iPassword 4 but the passwords are not correct--when I try to login to websites, it does not work. I made sure to save a login in order to ensure that the application synced prior to uninstalling the Chrome Extension for iPassword 3. I'm not sure what else I can do or what the problem may be. Any suggestions?

    Please see if you can run 1Password 3 and compare the password values with version 4.

    We have seen a few cases where version 4 would pick an older 1Password 3 file stored in another location.
