Wi-Fi Sync Problem -- Server Error [moved to email]

Just bought 1Password for iOS, and tried to Wi-Fi sync to my 1Password for Mac. It failed. I get a dialog box that says "Sync Problem Server error:". When I touch More Info I get this terribly helpful information:

Domain=com.agilebits.onepassword. ErrorDomain Code=7014 "Server error: " UserInfo=0x******** {NSLocalizedDescription=Server error: }

First of all, thanks for all the trouble. Second, you should NEVER expose raw program error information with the user. Third, please tell me if this can be made to work, or I will demand a refund.

    Oh boy, it gets better. I tried tried generating a new secret on the Mac, and then entering it on the iPad. This time when I tired to sync, I got this error dialog: "Sync Problem The operation couldn't be completed. Connection refused." When I touch the More Info, I get this equally unhelpful error: 'Error Domain=NSPOSIXErrorDomain Code=61 "The operation couldn't be completed. Connection refused"

    Then if I dismiss that error and try again, I get the original 7014 error. This is really frustrating.

    Hi Jennifer,

    I'm very sorry that you've been having trouble getting Wi-Fi sync to work properly. And fair enough, that's a very generic error — it's simply having trouble connecting for some unknown reason.

    Wi-Fi sync issues are often caused by firewalls, antivirus software, or network monitoring apps (such as Little Snitch or Hands Off!). If these are not properly configured or uninstalled, they interfere with Wi-Fi sync.

    So we can investigate further, could you please email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this topic, to: support+forum@agilebits.com

    Okay, I sent the report. BTW, the Backup is also failing. I get a code 1206 for that failure.
