Just bought 1Password for Mac and also for iOS. When I try to sync using either iCloud or wi-fi, I get a popup on my phone saying Sync Problem Server Error: . When I click on More Information, I get this message: Sync Problem Error Domain=com.agilebits.onepassword. ErrorDomain Code=7014 "Server error: " UserInfo=[then a combination of letters and numbers] {NSLocalizedDescription=Server error: }
Please advise.

    ....just to add: on my iPhone, when I select Sync using iCloud, it says 'No data found on iCloud' - but on my MacBook Pro, in Preferences, it says "Syncing with iCloud" and 'Last synced: 21 minutes ago'.
    P.S., on the iPhone, when you click on 'Get Help', it opens a browser window with....the entire Guide to 1Password for iOS. That's not satisfactory and it's not best practices in 2014 or even 2010 - you have to have that link lead to specific help on this problem, as advertised. I don't want to read an entire guide; I want Help on my issue. This is 101-level stuff; come on.

  • Hi @mgoodman,

    I'm sorry that you've been having trouble getting sync setup. Wi-Fi sync issues are often caused by firewalls, antivirus software, or network monitoring apps (such as Little Snitch or Hands Off!). If these are not properly configured or uninstalled, they interfere with Wi-Fi sync.

    So we can investigate further, could you please email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this topic, to: support+forum@agilebits.com

    A brief comment here mentioning you've sent the report would also be helpful. Thanks in advance! :)
