Safari extention didn't save login info to 1password app db

Hi
I use Safari extension. Recently I installed Firefox extension and logged in and I saw many of my login data was not there. I check 1Password app, it also is like Firefox extension.
How can I sync app with Safari extension's DB?

Mac OS Mavericks
Safari extension version: 3.9.20
1Password version:3.8.17

    Just to clarify a little, you're posting on the 1Password 4 forum but you say you're using 1Password 3. Is the problem with 1Password 3 or 1Password 4? (In either case you need to ensure you're using the correct extension in Firefox, as well as Safari. It needs to be a version 4 extension for 1P4 and a version 3 extension for 1P3.)
