Multi-page logins work in windows, but not IOS

I have a windows license for my PC and an IOS license for my iPad mini. I sync with dropbox. All the information syncs between the two platforms just fine. For multi-page login forms (banks and the like) I have created two logins (one for the username page, and another for the password page). These work great in windows, but on my iPad, the username logins work and the password logins don't. When I get to the password page and run my second login on the iPad, the website returns me to the first (username) page. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

    Hi @Jim‌

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble here. Dealing with two-page Logins is always tricky because we can't do much testing on the second page without a proper account for the site. However, there are a few things we can check out:

    • Does the second page of the Login have the same URL as the first page ... or do you have the correct URL for the second page stored? (I'm wondering if 1Password might be seeing the URL and re-opening the first page)

Hi Megan, Thanks for responding. The URL for the first page is:

    ****https://www.banknh.com/Default.aspx****

The URL for the second page is:

    ****https://secure10.onlineaccess1.com/BankNewHampshireOnline_30/Authentication/Login.aspx****

Don't forget that both logins work fine on my PC. They don't work on my iPad. I think that the second login is in fact seeing the URL for the first page, but if that is the case, it is only happening in the IOS version of 1Password.

    Hi Jim,

As a test, could you change the URL on the second page Login to ****https://secure10.onlineaccess1.com/BankNewHampshireOnline_30/Authentication/Login.aspx**** and see if 1Password fills better on iOS then?

I don't understand what you're asking me to do. This is already the URL for the second page. J

    Hi @Jim,

Let's try something different. Please follow the instructions here: 1Password and Bank of America to create a single Login for this account.

    Does this Login behave better?
