Firefox extension
Hi,
I tried the free 30 day 1password 4 from the agile website. I had the Firefox extension installed also.
When I decided to buy the product I uninstalled the 1password using App Cleaner. I bought the 1password through the app store.
Now the Firefox extension is associated with the old account. How do I delete the old Library file associated with the free version of 1password?
Thanks
Tyler

I have the same problem.
Tried the 30day version "1Password 4" and now installed "1Password" from App-Store and the Firefox extension stay linked with a fully removed "1Password 4 " Version.
How to remove thex extension and all of its settings? To force a complete reinitialization?0 -
I was able to solve the problem.
Here the steps I made:
- uninstall extension (simply over the extension manager)
- reset firefox profile (Start while holding ALT key and select reset profile)
- restart computer
- install extension
worked :)

First of all, please try restarting your Mac and see if that fixes the issue.
If that doesn't work, please email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this discussion, to: support+forum@agilebits.com
