Having trouble with RingCentral account.

Hi I monitor two different accounts with RingCentral and have to login or log out several times a week. However their login page has the 3 fields for values - Phone Number, Extension, Password however anything i save to 1PW doesn't' seem to work on subsequent visits.

is there a solution?

Have you tried re-creating and saving the login manually? That sometimes resolves the problem you're having.
