I just upgraded my MacBook Pro (OSX 10.9.2) version of 1Password to Version 4.2.2 (422001). And my iOS 7.1 version to v4. Things seemed to be synced (via iCloud), but all of a sudden (~3 hours later) all of my info, on the desktop version, was gone and the logins count at the top and next to the trash read '922372036854775807' (screenshot attached).

I synced my iOS version to dropbox in hopes of then syncing the desktop to it but I get the error "The operation could not be completed. No other information is available about the problem." (screenshot). I then tried to sync back up with iCloud but got the same error (screenshot). I then tried a wifi sync but the error "Sync Problem: Incorrect secret. Please make sure it matches the secret shown on the compuer", the secrets provided match up though. I've tried these steps 3 times.

What am I missing?

I went ahead and assumed you would need a diagnostic report, it seemed like most of the other similar issues in the forums requested them, and sent it to support+forum@

    Hi @blg002,

Thanks for sending that Diagnostics Report in! We've received it okay and one of our support team will reply to you directly once we've had a chance to look it over.

I'm sorry your 1Password syncing has gotten into this state after the upgrades. On iOS, please make sure you only have either Dropbox or iCloud syncing (if either) enabled. Using multiple sync solutions at the same time has been known to cause issue. In fact, to avoid them, sync is being simplified (and improved) in the next iOS update and you will need to choose one method to sync your data between devices.
