Possible to force a sync instead of waiting

Hi,

I'm using v4.2.2, just did some housecleaning and waiting for changes to appear on my iPhone. On my Mac, Preferences for Syncing says "Last synced: 23 minutes ago"

What controls this interval? Can I force a sync to occur if I don't want to wait 20 minutes?

    How are you synchronising: Dropbox or iCloud? If the latter it's outside your control I think. As to the former, I'm afraid I don't know as I don't use it.
