No data in 1Password [moved to email]

I tried to open 1password this morning, however it took me to a screen that suggested I was a new subscriber (been using 1password since 2012). There are 2 versions on my computer (3.8 and 4.1). Trying to open either does not work and there is no place to log in. At present I am not able to access any of my passwords.
Help!
