Website Not Asking to Save Login for Website

Whenever I go to website www.golfshot.com and key in my userid and password to login, 1Password 4 does not ask to save the login. Yes, I do have "Automatically ask to save new Logins" checked. No, I have never been able to save this particular login to 1Password before. My previous discussion searches have yielded no help.

    I'm sorry to hear that you haven't found the answers you were looking for in the Forums. When 1Password doesn't automatically ask to save a Login, one of the simplest things to do is to manually save the Login. Let's try this:

    • Visit the site and fill in the fields you want filled. Do NOT click the login button.
    • Click the 1Password extension, and unlock it if necessary.
    • Click the gear icon (or vault icon if multiple vaults are enabled) in the upper right corner.
    • Select Save new login.
    • Give the entry a unique and identifiable title.
    • Click Save.
    • Revisit the site and see if 1Password fills in the site correctly.

    As an aside, I was able to find an alternative log in page where 1Password does prompt you. Please try http://www.golfshot.com/Authentication/Login and see if this works better.
