Can't Buy [resolved; already licensed]

I have been using 1Pass for years and am very happy with it. I am trying to upgrade my Family Mac/PC license and I am going round in circles. When I give the 1Pass3 license it opens a screen (attached), that says I can upgrade. Unfortunately all the Select buttons are grayed out. Help
